The LifeWay Credit Union has one branch located in LifeWay Christian Resources corporate office with assets totaling over $44 million and providing banking services to more than 3,600 members. The Credit Union operates under separate bylaws and a separate charter from LifeWay Christian resources. Current target membership is LifeWay Christian Resources employees, retirees and family members.
The individual in this role has direct oversight for the general management and administration of the policies, operations, and activities of the LifeWay Credit Union. The individual acts in accordance with the charter and bylaws of the Credit Union and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Tennessee. The individual in this position acts under the authority of, is accountable to, and reports directly to an elected Credit Union Board of Directors comprised of current LifeWay employees, retirees, and credit union members.
