  • Relocation Regionally is a requirement
  • Operate the store
  • Deliver outstanding results in three (3) key areas: selling culture, customer experience, and visual readiness
  • Provide daily spiritual direction and support to associates
  • Lead associates to initiate, develop and strengthen relationships with local churches and the community
  • Lead and develop teams, foster strong relationships, and influence decisions
  • Source, recruit and staff store


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year, accredited college or university – preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year retail management experience – preferred
  • Minimum one (1) years Christian retail experience – preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes opening the store, closing the store, working Saturdays, and rotating holidays as required
  • Strong PC and Point of Sale (POS) skills
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passionate about retail
  • Active church membership in evangelical Christian church - required
  • Member of Southern Baptist church - preferred
  • Desire to grow with the company
