    This position is located at our Nashville, Tennessee headquarters, and requires fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and English. 


    **Pay for this position is $2,708/month

    • Answers Spanish and English customers inquiries via phone, email, fax and/or postal mail
    • Receives and enters customer order
    • Verifies and maintains customer account information
    • Recommends, promotes, and cross sells other resources
    • Enters adjustment orders and credit memos
    • Tracks lost or damaged shipments
    • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves customer issues



    • Actively attending a local evangelical church and participating in events and/or ministries that serve your church - Required
    • Actively involved in the Hispanic culture and community
    • High school graduate or GED - Required
    • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience - Required
    • Advanced written and verbal communication Spanish/English - Required
    • Excellent computer skills (ability to navigate data entry systems, internet, basic online support)
