    **Pay for this position is $2,558/month

    This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, daytime hours

    Responsibilities

    • Acts as first interaction for LifeWay customers
    • Answers customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, fax and postal mail
    • Assists with refunds, cancellations, customer inquiries, and transfers for camps, events, and subscriptions
    • Recommends, promotes, and cross sells other resources
    • Prepares and sends letters for event related matters
    • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves customer issues
    • Applies payments to bill-me-later orders
    • Ensures that all orders processed and payments are accounted for daily



    Qualifications

    • Actively attending a local evangelical church and participating in events and/or ministries that serve your church - Required
    • High school graduate or GED - Required
    • Minimum one (1) year customer service and/or hospitality industry experience - Required
    • Excellent computer skills (ability to navigate data entry systems, internet, basic online support)
    • Written and verbal communication (articulate and effective communication, including pleasant voice tone)
