We are currently seeking a Production Designer on our Adult Ministry creative team to execute gift design, publishing design, and marketing design for assigned brands.

• Design gifts, book covers, apparel, book interiors, and marketing pieces based on approved creative concepts produced in partnership with Graphic Designers;  Assist designers in building templates, flowing in text, building style sheets, and pulling covers or art
• Develop and maintain file organization on servers. Package files to be sent to printers
• Proof printer proofs for color and design issues
• Stay current on design techniques that allow for greater speed and efficiency
• Participate in weekly production meetings and regular project meetings to maintain clear lines of team communication and hit scheduled dates

• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven skills in graphic design, layout, photography and editing 
• Strong communication skills & the ability to collaborate cross functionally
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with corporate or agency setting preferred

Minimum Education Required
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related
