    We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop digital marketing concepts & execute marketing initiatives for LifeWay's Academic Publishing area.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop digital marketing concepts aligned with B&H Academic and Wordsearch Bible’s marketing strategy for social media, blog and other electronic platforms. Produce digital content for new releases, promotions and announcements in support of internal departments and external writers. Collaborate with Adobe specialist on the creation of digital marketing communications
    • Chart departmental project timelines for marketing initiatives via Basecamp to ensure completion of activities according to established guidelines. Build, aggregate and continuously enhance B&H Academic's database of academic institutions, clients, prospects, influencers and reviewers. Utilize captured data to analyze and report customer trends, response rates, measure performance and return on investment to leaders
    • Partner with internal departments to align the distribution of time-sensitive mailings, digital messages and collateral for planned launches. Respond to author/client inquiries, including the processing of desk and review copy request. Provide recommendations to departmental leaders based on insight, industry knowledge and trends
    • Assist with the logistical planning, exhibit setup/support and procurement of resources for off-site events. Represent LifeWay at organizational, academic and theological conferences, campuses and events

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 Years of relevant experience, including agency or corporate marketing
    • Experience with social media, blog & digital media, G-Suite, and Microsoft products
    • Proven written & verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strategic relationships
    • Strong & demonstrated social media savvy

    Minimum Education Required
    Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, journalism, or a related field
