    Located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee, our headquarters team leads, produces, and delivers biblical solutions to fulfill the mission and vision of LifeWay. 


    LifeWay Human Resources Department, currently has an opening for a full time Talent Acquisition Partner.  Position is responsible for partnering with and assisting business leaders in creating planning models and talent acquisition processes.  Will utilize market data to develop recruiting strategies and implement tactics that result in talent pipelines aligned with current and future needs of the organization.


    This position directly supports Retail Operations senior leadership, while indirectly supporting LifeWay's 170+ retail stores, in Talent Acquisition efforts.

    • Attracts talent for open positions and maintains talent pipeline
    • Review all incoming resumes and conduct initial interview based on job requirements and candidate qualifications
    • Educates managers regarding recruiting and hiring practices
    • Directs recruiting and hiring process while ensuring that both company and legal hiring requirements are followed
    • Develops and improves relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, internal departments, and other associated entities
    • Creates and executes recruiting strategies with hiring leaders 
    • Identifies, recommends, and uses online recruiting resources 
    • Manages applicant tracking system daily as it relates to open positions
    • Understands and executes all phases of the talent acquisition process
    • Negligible travel



    Minimum Education Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management, or related field

    Years of Experience Required:


    • Five (5) years Human Resources or related experience, with progressive responsibilities including full life-cycle recruiting and staffing, HR planning, testing, employment law, pre-employment practices, social networking and online recruiting, selection, and interviewing.


    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:


    • Knowledge and use of effective interview techniques - Advanced
    • Applicant tracking systems, onboarding, PeopleSoft knowledge - Intermediate  
    • Negotiating skills - Intermediate
    • Social networking skills related to recruiting - Advanced
    • Online recruiting skills - Advanced
    • Project management skills - Intermediate
    • Written and verbal communication skills - Advanced
    • Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations - Intermediate
    • Google Suite - Intermediate


    • Retail operations recruiting or similar - strongly preferred
    • Systems: PeopleSoft, iCIMS experience - preferred
    • Retail management experience a plus
