    LifeWay's Marketing Department is seeking a Digital Testing & Optimization Analyst.  In this position, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth across LifeWay digital properties through testing for, proposing, and executing optimizations which improve digital conversion rates. This position may be located anywhere in the U.S.


    • Conceptualize, develop, and execute measureable and actionable onsite optimization tests (A\Bn, MVT, Automated Personalization) across digital properties to increase conversion rates and drive revenue

    • Manage end-to-end optimization testing processes, including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations

    • Analyze test results and propose appropriate optimizations to achieve revenue goals

    • Partner with ministry leaders, marketing strategists and UX partners to develop and implement a testing roadmap to drive growth

    • Champion a conversion optimization testing culture that embraces continuous digital optimization with a client-first focus


    • 3-5 years of experience leading digital initiatives with a focus on onsite optimization testing, preferably in e-commerce channels

    • Expert knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) concepts and best practices for responsive web, mobile apps and digital marketing campaigns

    • Demonstrated experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools; Adobe Target preferred

    • Working knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to fluidly converse with designers, developers and UX partners

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager

    • Experience integrating Adobe products with other systems in an enterprise environment

    • Previous hands-on experience with web design and front-end development

    Minimum Education Required

    Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent education and related training

    MBA / MS Preferred
