  • Overview

    The Specialist, Digital Solutions serves as intermediary to LifeWay Resources and IT departments to facilitate the execution of shared projects, development, planning, budget and critical timelines. Provides consultation and support initiatives as assigned by the Director of Digital Solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Consults with department leaders to define projects, develop plans, timelines, supporting manuals, arrange beta testing, training and budget requirements. Partners cross-functionally to develop communications, procedure manuals and process improvement standards.

    • Serves as liaison between Resources and IT to diagnosis and resolve technical issues, review system improvement recommendations and schedule cross-functional project line execution. Responds to department inquiries related to digital solutions, new products/resources and enhancements. Supports internal customers in drafting business proposals and communicate request to the Director of Digital Solutions. 

    • Partners with LifeWay's Marketing team to create consumer digital solutions promotions. Develops and analyze reports to capture pre & post product launch data, consumer utilization and product performance. 

    • Manages project schedules, address timeline threats and provides executive summary to departmental leaders. Identify internal resources, vendors and contractors to support project initiatives. Coordinators cross-functional task force in response to critical or time sensitive needs. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science in marketing, business administration, computer science, and/or information technology
    • 1-3 years planning and project coordination, administrative or project management experience, training or public relations experience
    • Computer skills and software knowledge 
    • Ability to analyze and validate structured data
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and collaborate cross functionally
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate with employees and management
    • Capable of translating concepts between departments and across employee levels
    • Some travel required
