    LifeWay's Finance & Business Operations Department is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate assigned projects and administrative tasks to support the Finance & Business Operations functions.


    • Helps coordinate and facilitate division-wide projects, alongside other division administrative assistants as needed; including mentoring and training of other assistants
    • Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar coordination, team travel arrangements, answering inquiries, information gathering, and more
    • Manages new product presentation requests from vendors
    • Process related invoices for payment and department expense reports
    • Working with financial team, process and record credit card chargebacks to appropriate store
    • Assist in the organization and development of director's leadership presentations in PowerPoint


    • High School Diploma; college degree preferred
    • 5 years of experience supporting a wide breadth of finance and business teams
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills - Expert
    • Organizational skills - Intermediate
    • Ability to track multiple projects - Advanced
    • Computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) - Advanced
    • Presentation development - Advanced
