    The Creative Director will lead the creative design development processes to ensure optimal design output on all retail stores initiatives. Initiatives include Point-of-Purchase materials, catalogs, direct mail, email and other collateral as necessary. This team develops marketing plans which help a growing number of people discover biblically sound and trustworthy resources that are immediately and locally available in LifeWay’s over 170+ stores.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead creative design development
    • Serves as primary design lead on assigned projects
    • Concept development and presentation
    • Manages photo shoots
    • Collaborates with Marketing Strategy 
    • Develops network of trusted contract contributors

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field of study
    • 3 to 5 years of Marketing design, agency or corporate experience
    • 3 to 5 years of Brand development experience
    • Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Litmus, Principles of Art & Design experience
    • Advanced knowledge of print and digital production processes
    • Advanced knowledge of email design
    • Attendance and participation in  an evangelical Christian Church
