    LifeWay's Publishing Department is seeking an Administrative Assistant to coordinate assigned projects and administrative tasks in support of business initiatives.


    • Maintains leader's calendar of appointments, commitments, and travel arrangements
    • Receives and processes invoices for payment, corporate credit card statements, and expense reports
    • Provides support on preparation of special projects, documents, meetings, reports and presentations
    • Processes on-boarding for department employees
    • Assists customers with implementing resources, products, solutions, and resolving issues
    • Verifies and approves budget expenditures for office equipment and supplies


    • High School diploma
    • 3-5 years of administrative experience including support of a director or multiple directors
    • Ability to handle matters of urgent, high demand, and confidential nature. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Self-motivated. Ability to work independently. Responsive and flexible to changes in schedules in fast-paced environment
    • Detail oriented, accurate and thorough. Ability to follow-up and follow task to completion
    • Proficiency in use of computer networks and business-related software applications
    • Customer relations skills
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Interpersonal skills
