    LifeWay is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Office of the VP to coordinate assigned projects and administrative tasks in support of business initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Accountable for office administration duties including managing the calendar, email and communication for the vice president, expense reports, social media content, and maintaining the office spaces.
    • Accountable for staff management including communication of minutes, work assignments, and due dates, gathering information needed for decision making and problem-solving, responding to inquiries and requests, administering work flow, and communicating with administrative assistants within the division to ensure all are resourced and on the same page.
    • Facilitates divisional projects across multiple disciplines as determined by the vice president.
    • Prepares executive report summaries, documents, presentations; analyzes reports, monitors key business dashboards and financial metrics.
    • Provides mentorship and operational guidance to other divisional administrative assistants. Oversees and facilitates monthly meetings with Resources Division assistants.
    • Creates relevant and meaningful social media presence for the vice president on Twitter and LinkedIn.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
    • 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting one or multiple vice president(s) 
    • Strong Google Suite & Microsoft Suite knowledge
    • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Experience supporting social media platforms including Twitter and LinkedIn
