  • Overview

    LifeWay Credit Union, Member Services Representative, is the main point of contact for daily teller customer transactions.  The Member Services Representative creates a positive experience by ensuring that members receive friendly, accurate and timely assistance in order to meet customers needs while building excellent member relationships through Christ-Centered Stewardship.  


    • Provides a consistent positive members experience
    • Process members over the counter daily transactional needs
    • Answer members inquiries via phone, chat, email, mail and fax
    • Keeps records of daily financial transactions
    • Creates and establishes relationships with customers
    • Assists team members by sharing responsibilities of daily tasks
    • Refers customers to internal team of professionals when additional financial goals and needs are recognized
    • Ensures safe and sound banking practices and transactions
    • Performs other clerical duties as needed


    Minimum Education Required:

    • High School graduate


    Years of Experience Required:

    • One year customer service experience


    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

    • Computer skills- Advanced
    • Mathematical skills - Advanced
    • Customer relations skills - Advanced
