Lifeway Marketing is seeking a Remote Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights. This leader and their team supports Marketing and other business operations by producing insights that inform critical decision-making processes. 


The Remote Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights leads a team of customer analysts to provide customer, market, and category insights to Lifeway business and channel leaders that influence strategy and growth planning. This is a full-time, remotely-based role.


  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Leads a team of analysts to support business leaders in developing customer-centric strategy by leveraging data (owned or sourced) to produce insights
  • Develops and executes an ongoing learning roadmap which includes brand assessment, competitive analysis, market share analysis, etc
  • Improves marketing effectiveness by producing marketing return on investment analysis to inform resource allocation
  • Focuses business leaders on key performance indicators (lead metrics) that help predict success
  • Collaborates across the organization to strengthen client engagement and build collaborative partnerships that create mutual value
  • Supports analytic initiatives within the sales team and provide feedback to improve deliverables
  • Grows team expertise on tools and systems (SAS, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
  • Enables email marketing strategy and execution through collaboration with assigned ministry teams
  • Engages with Information Technology to continually improve customer data quality and the systems 
  • Some travel required



Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar


Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of overall work experience in a marketing analytics environment
  • 2+ years team leadership and resource management 
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining a collaborative team learning environment
  • 5+ years acquiring, mining, and manipulating large amounts of information from multiple data sources, and distilling this data into useful, actionable information
  • 5+ years database development and management
  • Understanding use of business intelligence applications including SAS, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc. 
  • 2+ years research project design
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration with departments throughout the enterprise
  • Experience with syndicated data in addition to lists
  • Member of or attending an evangelical Chrisitian church
