Lifeway IT is looking for a Business Intelligence Data Architect responsible for planning, coordinating, documenting, designing, and leading activities related to data integration and warehousing to support business intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other organizational initiatives. As a BI Data Architect, you will work closely with end users to understand processes, key performance metrics, and analytics while developing on-going relationships used to understand and resolve problems or design enhancements.

Experience with relational, multidimensional, and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices and experience with database platforms including Snowflake and SQL Server
Proven project management experience with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Working knowledge of SDLC (system development life cycle) and change management practices
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities including the ability to conduct research into database issues, standards, and products as required
Strong written and oral communication skills including technical architecture and technical support documentation, strong presentation skills, and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
