The Senior Manager, Church Equipping - Remote will lead the team in strategy, content development, and experiences produced that serve leaders in the local church. This position will continually develop as a thought leader in the church leadership space attuned to what is happening in the market, committed to continually learning, resolute to understanding the core doctrinal beliefs of those we serve.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in theological training, or related field of study
Required Experience
10 years ministry, church staff and/or ministry experience with a parachurch or Christian non-profit
8 years developing content that ministers to the head, heart, and hands of church leaders
5 years leading a large team
5 years people developing a healthy team and culture
Member / active participant in an evangelical Christian church
Southern Baptist, preferred
