Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Trade Sales Coordinator who will assist in the management of sales, sales calls, and servicing key accounts as assigned in conjunction with sales leaders. They will support Sales Managers by working with all other division components to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals for section/department. This position greatly influences sales and the work directly contributes to our ability to reach established goals.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide overarching administrative and tactical sales support for the Trade Sales accounts, which includes the CBA, ABA, Mass Market, Specialty, and Digital sales channels
  • Provide sales managers with daily support
  • Works in and assists with FLEX, TIPS, Edelweiss, title cards, and Power Point presentations
  • Assists with the catalog development process, market research as it pertain to new releases, development of comp data, collecting mock-up’s, galleys
  • Coordinates acquisition and shipping of selling samples for presentations
  • Engages in customer contact and follow up from sales presentations, scheduling of account meetings, and meeting additional customers’ daily needs
  • Acts as point person for tracking promotions, expenses, and shipments to accounts
  • Administrative duties, including the processing of monthly expense reports, ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Provides travel assistance, printing and preparing documents for sales reps
  • Minimal travel required, occasionally overnight 

Qualifications

Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business, office administration, and/or Sales
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to handle confidential materials/matters
  • Demonstrates excellent ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Advanced work flow/coordination skills
  • Highly proficient in multi-tasking effectively and efficiently
  • Oversees projects through completion

Actively engaged in an evangelical Christian church

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities, preferred

  • Knowledge of Oracle and Business Objects Systems 
  • 3-4 years in project management
  • Oracle, Firebrand, and procurement systems
