Lifeway is seeking a Manager, Church Sales Inbound to support and lead the English and Spanish-speaking Inbound Sales teams. This role is responsible for sales coordination, reporting, event planning, and administrative support for church engagement efforts. The position also oversees a small team handling inbound and inside sales efforts for church customers.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote
Provides sales team coordination, including processing credits, sales reporting, invoicing, W9 management, event coordination, sample orders, and assisting with travel.
Leads inbound and inside sales teams for church phone sales and strategic engagement initiatives.
Maintains sales-related files, customer communications on new releases, expense report processing, policy documents, and association/convention order management.
Coordinates and plans key sales events, including annual, quarterly, and monthly meetings, as well as external events such as Expolit, SEPA, and SBC.
Develops content and copy to support sales and church engagement efforts.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Masters degree not required
Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.) not required
Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, and Oracle.
Ability to engage and collaborate across sales, church engagement, and internal functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Latin American culture.
Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred
Experience in sales coordination.
Prior leadership experience in sales or customer service teams.
Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
