Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Manager, Church Sales Inbound to support and lead the English and Spanish-speaking Inbound Sales teams. This role is responsible for sales coordination, reporting, event planning, and administrative support for church engagement efforts. The position also oversees a small team handling inbound and inside sales efforts for church customers.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Provides sales team coordination, including processing credits, sales reporting, invoicing, W9 management, event coordination, sample orders, and assisting with travel.

  • Leads inbound and inside sales teams for church phone sales and strategic engagement initiatives.

  • Maintains sales-related files, customer communications on new releases, expense report processing, policy documents, and association/convention order management.

  • Coordinates and plans key sales events, including annual, quarterly, and monthly meetings, as well as external events such as Expolit, SEPA, and SBC.

  • Develops content and copy to support sales and church engagement efforts.

  • Minimal Travel, occasionally overnight. 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Masters degree not required

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.) not required

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence, and Oracle.

  • Ability to engage and collaborate across sales, church engagement, and internal functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of Latin American culture.

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred 

  • Experience in sales coordination.

  • Prior leadership experience in sales or customer service teams.

  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
