Lifeway is seeking a passionate and bilingual Global Marketing Specialist to help drive ministry impact across Spanish-speaking audiences. In this role, you’ll lead strategic marketing projects, develop compelling content, and ensure culturally relevant messaging across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to create marketing campaigns, conference materials, and digital assets that support revenue growth and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, creative, and passionate about serving the global Church.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes assigned marketing projects for the Spanish resource area to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Conducts in-depth research, analysis, and reporting on marketing data, competitive intelligence, market trends, secondary research, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develops and optimizes marketing collateral, including sales presentations, social media content, conference materials, catalogs, and author acquisition assets, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs.
  • Creates strategic recommendations and actionable marketing plans based on data insights to improve engagement and performance.
  • Designs and oversees research initiatives such as surveys, questionnaire development, report structuring, and focus group analysis to enhance understanding of the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, authors, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
  • Ensures all content and messaging are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate for Spanish-speaking audiences.

 

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Master’s degree, preferred
  • Doctorate in a related field, not required

 

Skills, Knowledge & Experiences, required

  • 2-3 years marketing and project management experience
  • Understanding and experience in process management in ministry

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

  • Fully bilingual and fluent in Spanish
  • Strong, professional, and courteous written and oral communication skills (in both English and Spanish)
  • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Good listening skills
  • Strong computer skills (Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite)
  • Professional, self-motivated, team player
