Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations who will serve as the engine behind operational excellence and data-driven decision-making for our Marketing team. This role will create and optimize processes, manage operational efficiencies, and deliver critical technical and analytical support. As an internal consultant and analytics partner, you will drive measurable, repeatable go-to-market programs that produce qualified leads/accounts and impact revenue. You will oversee marketing operations support, lead KPI and campaign performance reporting, and build scalable processes that intersect with key systems like Salesforce, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and others.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Provides internal consultative support to the marketing team on processes, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on marketing effectiveness including campaign performance, revenue impact, and KPIs.
  • Manages marketing data tracking processes using Salesforce, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other tools.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Product, and other marketing leaders.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights tools.
  • Occasional travels, including overnight

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar, required

Masters degree, preferred

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.) not required

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

  • 5+ years leading a marketing or sales operations team
  • 5+ years of analytical experience, including advanced Excel and data analysis
  • 5+ years with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • 3+ years working with GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Advanced data storytelling and business intelligence software skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities

 

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred 

  • Salesforce reporting expertise
  • Marketing attribution modeling and spend optimization experience
  • Project management certification or formal training
