Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Remote Senior IT Project Manager - Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leading large-scale SF implementation projects from conception through to completion. The Senior IT Project Manager, will be responsible for the successful delivery of programs and projects through a disciplined project management process in close collaboration with business partners, team members and various IT functions.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Support cross-functional collaborative planning and implementation of Salesforce projects
  • Experience in executing corporate-wide initiatives. Able to define project plans, coordinate resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program rollout along with ongoing support

  • Understand how individual projects affect the program/portfolio and exercise judgment in raising issues and risks to the program/portfolio level.

  • Maintain strong customer focus while coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources in implementation of key projects using effective verbal and written communication

  • Possess deep knowledge and expertise in SF solutions. Provide insightful recommendations helping stakeholders navigate challenges and identifying opportunities

  • Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities, management of risks/issues/dependencies, implementation of solutions and change management activities

  • Some travel, occasionally overnight

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, required

Masters degree, preferred

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required

 

Skills, Experience, & Qualifications, required

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in Salesforce implementations

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SF implementation project

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Cloud

  • Hands on experience managing various software development implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

  • A high degree of competency with project management including,including, Waterfall and Agile methodologymethodologies, identifying and managing risks, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall project status

  • Proficiency with PPM tools such as Planview, MS Project, or Portfolio for Jira

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to flex communication style with technical and non-technical users

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
