Lifeway is seeking a Marketing Strategist to grow our Bibles & Reference category through strategic campaign development, cross-functional execution, and deep theological alignment. This is a remote-eligible role for a creative, collaborative marketer passionate about the Bible, church ministry, and marketing excellence.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote
Lead campaign strategy and execution for Bible and Reference products and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and ministry partners to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
Shape audience-specific messaging and theological content across digital, print, and trade channels.
Oversee campaign platforms such as Amazon, YouVersion, and ministry-facing landing pages.
Support strategic engagement with authors, influencers, and partner churches.
Attend or coordinate ministry events and conferences.
Track performance and recommend optimizations using marketing analytics tools.
Serve as a strategic partner for CSB brand adoption and Bible transition support.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Theology, or related field required
M. Div or similar, preferred
Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required
Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to campaign development and ministry marketing
Strong cross-functional project management and campaign planning
Theological fluency and understanding of evangelical/Southern Baptist audiences
Experience with digital platforms: Amazon A+, email/CRM tools, Workfront, etc.
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience collaborating with authors, influencers, or church leaders
Comfort presenting strategies and working with performance data
Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

International or cross-cultural ministry engagement
Budget tracking and vendor management
Experience writing theological or devotional content
